Aerlume Bride pieces are made to order and crafted in the closest available size according to our size guide.
Please note that all pieces are sold as-is, and we do not offer customisations, design changes, or alterations to our gowns.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, wedding postponements, event cancellations, or delays outside of our control.
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us at questions@aerlumebride.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting imagery and details.
