Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via DHL.

Once your piece has been completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped so you can monitor delivery progress.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL.

International delivery generally takes 4–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Tracking information will be provided once your piece has been shipped.

Production Timeframes

As all Aerlume Bride pieces are made to order, production timeframes will be communicated during the enquiry and ordering process or can be referred to within each products lead time.

Delivery estimates provided for shipping do not include production time.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate prior to confirming your order.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Aerlume Bride is not responsible for shipping delays, customs delays, lost parcels, or courier-related issues once an order has been dispatched.
